During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Salafia quickly ascended to the ranks of top agents, expertly connecting commercial real estate investors with investment-grade NNN properties in high-growth metropolitan areas leased to some of the most formidable names in the retail industry.

Salafia holds an MBA from Northeastern University, complemented by undergraduate studies in Finance at NEU and Babson College. He further enriched his knowledge through post-graduate workshops at Sloan MIT. As a licensed real estate broker specializing in Net Lease Investment Sales, Ryan employs his extensive knowledge and strategic acumen to optimize investment opportunities for his clients.

Ryan’s journey began in 2015 when he embarked on his career at Marcus & Millichap in Encino, CA, focusing on dollar store sales. His exceptional performance earned him both the Pace Setter Award and the Rising Star Award early in his career. Seeking new challenges, Ryan transitioned to the Miami office of Marcus & Millichap. In 2022, he achieved a breakthrough performance, orchestrating real estate transactions totaling over $50 million for the year. This remarkable accomplishment solidified his reputation as a high-achieving professional. In 2023, Ryan decided to bring his expertise to STAX Real Estate LLC.
