Michael Salafia is the founder and managing partner of STAX Real Estate LLC, a platform for sale leasebacks of single tenant net lease retail assets, located on Miami Beach. From re-tenanting to ground-up development, the platform generates some of the highest yields in the marketplace. With a strategic focus on maximizing investment value, Salafia has deployed over $350 million and successfully raised more than $250 million in private equity.

Prior to launching STAX Real Estate, Salafia distinguished himself as an award-winning member of Marcus & Milichap’s National Retail Group and National Net Leased Properties Group. During his tenure at Marcus & Milichap, Salafia quickly ascended to the ranks of top agents, expertly connecting commercial real estate investors with investment-grade NNN properties in high-growth metropolitan areas leased to some of the most formidable names in the retail industry.

Salafia holds an MBA from Northeastern University, complemented by undergraduate studies in Finance at NEU and Babson College. He further enriched his knowledge through post-graduate workshops at Sloan MIT. As a licensed real estate broker, Salafia combines his deep expertise in real estate with a comprehensive understanding of finance and technology.
